about DHEERAJ SAH

DHEERAJ SAH is an Indian yoga entrepreneur, who is the founder of VYAYAM VIBES. He was born in
1996 in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India. He currently lives in Saket, Meerut. He has done masters in
yoga and is a government certified yoga trainer, dietitian and nutritionist and is pursuing PhD at
present.
He started working as a fitness trainer in 2013 and during that time he established VYAYAM VIBES
which was incorporated in year 2020.
Before taking up yoga he was very confused searching about his abilities and his aim but after
meeting his mentor SRI SRI RAVI SHANKAR JI , whom he refer as his guru ,he was able to know and
understand about his vision and mission and get on the right track.
He believes that guru’s grace lead us to the highest realms of immorality, eternal bliss and supreme
peace. Wisdom or knowledge of the self never dawns upon the mind which is filled with greed,
anger, lust and jealousy.
His work speaks all about him. Due to his hard work and dedication he was able to become an
entrepreneur at a very early age.
Till now he has taught 1000+ people and is the author of a yoga book and many more are yet to
come. His goal is to deliver individual courses for different health problems usually faced by people
like Sciatica, Arthritis ,Poor Mental Health and Complete Body Fitness etc and curing them through
Yoga. He believes that yoga acts as a medicine for several diseases which cannot be cure through
allopathy.
He himself have helped many people to cure their problems through yoga, he has been a part of
many AYURVEDIC CAMPS and has worked with many NGO’s.
